Sierra utilizes the special Omega fiber, a popular turf blade shape, for its incredible durability and soft, realistic feel. The pet-friendly Omega blade shape, 1.625-inch pile height and approximately 60-ounce face weight enable Sierra to handle moderate amounts of foot traffic and hours of play.

Each blade of Sierra is also created with a U.V. inhibitor during the manufacturing process, so the vibrantly green grass will never fade, no matter how much sunlight it’s exposed to. It also features a uniquely-formulated polyurethane coated backing that provides greater seam strength and durability, as well as a nonabsorbent backing that is perforated and coated in a clear permeable urethane. This permeable backing allows water to move through it and drain into the ground at the highest drainage rate available. With a drainage rate of over 400 inches per hour per square yard, this option is ideal for post-party cleanup, four-legged friends, children at play, or commercial projects.
